Mark 4:19 but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desire for other things come in and chokes the word, making it unfruitful.

New King James Version the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

When we are focused on the cares of this life whether that would be your children or whether that would be your finances or your health or your ministry or the state that the world is in, whatever the care is when you focus on it or when it consumes your thinking process the thief operates through these cares to choke the word that is within you, he even chokes the word that you are trying to believe God through and then the word of God becomes unfruitful in your life or it does not produce the miraculous results that you know it should be producing. The thief knows how to manipulate you and your concerns or your needs or your desires or your cares so that he can rob you and steal from you the word of God that is able to produce your needs being met and we need to wise up and how he is operating through the cares of this world.

The answer to all this can be found in 1 Peter 5:7 which says cast all your care upon the Lord for he cares for you.

There are many scriptures that talk about resting in him which means casting all your cares and concerns fears and anxieties and needs upon him and then just simply Trust that your need is meet according to his riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.

Psalm 37:7 rest in the Lord and wait patiently for him, do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. Cease from anger and forsake Wrath…

Verse 3 of that chapter says to trust in the Lord and the reason verse 7 and verse 8 includes ceasing from anger and forsaking Wrath is because sometimes we get angry at those that are prospering who are wicked and you who are righteous are struggling and it’s during that season that we need to rest in him knowing that he is making a way where there seems to be no way. Knowing that his creative Miracle working power is at work in your life and no matter what it takes he will bring to pass your need. We just need to release all our cares upon Him and trust him and not be concerned about anything concerning this life. I know it is easier said than done but when it gets done on the inside of you it is a life of extreme peace even when you still have those needs in your life. When you cast your care upon him it is no longer your concern it is the Lord’s. In 1 Peter 5:7 where it says that he cares for you in the Greek it is expressing the fullness of the love that he has for you and because of this love you do not need to be concerned about anything in your life. His love for you and because of his love for you he will do anything you asked him to do and we can find this in the scripture in John 16:23 in that day you will ask me nothing, most assuredly I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give it to you. Ask and you will receive that your joy may be full. In the Greek this verse literally says that we can ask the Father for anything in Jesus name and if it’s not created he will create it for you and that is a revelation of just how much he loves us! We need a greater revelation of just how much Father God loves us and that he will do anything and everything for us and I pray that you would receive this understanding in Jesus name. So I pray for you now concerning all the weight and the cares that you are carrying that by the power of the Holy Spirit you would release them unto the Lord Jesus in Jesus name. And that he would fill you with his rest and that you would trust him and not look to the world system for your answers. I release his peace his shalom upon you and I declare you will never fear or worry about your cares or concerns again in Jesus name! Praise God!
